Broken or Defective Products FAQs
Every once in a while, somebody will receive a product that is dead on arrival (DOA), breaks shortly after receipt, or has some other problem that makes it unusable. These things happen, and we know that, so we will gladly replace any product that is defective of workmanship within 90 days of the date of receipt.
If you have a problem with a product, please use the 'Contact Us' page to submin an enquiry, and BE SURE to include your original order number, and a short description of what the problem with the product is. Please include photos or a video if possible, it helps the claim process move faster.
